At Jewelcaves, every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked twice before shipping. In case of any issues, we will address them in accordance with our return policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if a continuous 360° unboxing video is provided, with no cuts or edits.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the defect.
- Any damage, mismatch, or missing item must be visible in the video.
- The video should continue until the issue is clearly identified and displayed.
2. Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Accepted Reasons for Returns
- Broken or damaged items
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items in the package
4. Non-Returnable Cases
- Incomplete or edited unboxing videos
- Returns based on color or size dissatisfaction
- Used items
5. Refund Policy
- No cash refunds will be issued.
- Customers may choose a replacement of the same item or select another item of equal value (subject to availability).
